Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been worn or stained, is in its original packaging, and has all its tags and tickets intact. However, you must arrange for the shipment of the products back to us at your own cost. There is a $10 restocking fee per item returned or exchanged.  We do not refund original shipping charges, unless the original shipment had an error on our part.  Allow 3 - 4 weeks for your return to be processed and your exchange or refund to be received.

To return product to us, please send an email to contact@intimo.com.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to you to track your transaction.  Please ship your product to: Intimo Returns, 143 West 29th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001.  Please send your returns using a service with a tracking method.  Include your order number, date of order and RMA number.  Items send for a size exchange will take 5 days to ship after your return has been received.
